POWDER COAT PAINT
Champion Hoist & Equipment Company is one of only a few hoist manufacturers in the industry that primes their products in thermoset powder coat paint. Powder coat paint is standard equipment on all Champion hoists. When you purchase a Champion hoist, it leaves the facility with a primed coating which has been lab tested and certified as 200% more corrosive resistant than standard paint processes. Powder coating is also superior in abrasion resistances, chemical resistances and chip resistance. Not only is powder coating superior in quality, but it's also safer for the environment. Champion's powder coat paint process produces no VOC's, HAP's and generates no hazardous waste. Champion offers an extra layer of protection at an additional charge. The option of Thermoset Zinc primer under the standard powder top coat creates a protective shield 700% more corrosive resistant than standard paint process. Zinc primer is only available for larger quantity orders at this time. Call for availability.
